Victanis negotiated and signed in the name of its client Green City Energy a 69 MW photovoltaic co-development project with ReneSola in the south of France.
Co-Development Contract PV 69 MW France
The Project consists in developing 4 separate PV Power Plants with a total power of 69 MW and a foreseen yearly production of 105 MWh. Development will be done in co-operation with ReneSola Power France and Green City Energy France. At ready-to-build status of each plant, Green City Energy will take over the project.
Special notice: This project will be one of the first French PV projects with a mix of FIT tariff and private PPA Agreement. Even if this makes it economically more risky, this will be without any doubt one of the major evolutions in renewable energy projects in the future and should be the proof that such kind of projects works in the south of Europe without any subvention – grid parity is reality! Next months will be quite interesting to see EPC and modules prices moving, but also finding PPA agreements and banking partners willing to get in…
