  • The name “Victanis” comes from the Latin root "vict" meaning to conquer. This expresses our desire to effectively support our clients in the conquest of new markets and in the acceleration of their growth in Europe, especially in the 3 European major economies (Germany, United Kingdom and France) where we are physically present.

Before co-founding Victanis in 2008, Yves had various successful COO & CEO positions in France, Germany and Switzerland. Since the foundation of Victanis in 2008, he has been advising numerous engineering and manufacturing companies and private equity funds in their strategy and M & A development to Germany and further countries.

Marc de Thomasson

Marc heads the firm's London office and leads Victanis' TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) practice.  He has over 22 years of experience in areas including engineering, operations management and strategic consulting. For the last 8 years, Marc has been advising small and large corporations and private equity firms on growth strategy and corporate development. Beyond TIC, his sector experience includes engineering, business support services and industrials. He has worked on projects in France, Germany, Norway, Switzerland and the UK.

Jürgen Leinmüller

Jürgen has over 20 years of experience in strategy consulting as well as general management. He leads Victanis Renewable Energies practice based in Munich. He has strong experience in project acquisition and financing of European renewable energies transactions, working on buyers and sellers side. Co-Founder of Victanis in 2008, he helped many European businesses in conducting a successful growth strategy based on organic as well as successful M&A. 

Victanis Chris Cradock-min

Chris Cradock

Chris is an experienced consultant with more than 12 years of experience and has considerable experience in developing and executing strategy for Aerospace, Defence and Security companies, as well as automotive, cyber security and TIC businesses. He has worked in detail with companies seeking to diversify their activities, defining with them their business and commercial strategies. He has also worked at length on the development of business cases to support both organic growth and acquisitions as well a number of CDD assignments. Prior to his current role, Chris was an Equity Analyst for UBS Warburg focusing on European Technology Hardware companies.

Maximilian Kreher

Max is a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions and growth strategies at the firm's Munich office. Before joining Victanis in 2019 he was engaged in numerous transactions on buy and sell side focusing on mid-market cross-border transactions. He started at a global mid-market M&A Adviser in Frankfurt and Boston before working as an investment manager at a private equity firm targeting mid-market firms with high growth potential in the German speaking region. He is also active in entrepreneurial activities and thus knows business models from operational perspectives as well.

Eric Dutray

Eric has more than 20 years of experience in M&A advising small and midcap companies within the IT, Software and Tech sectors. He has also been supporting cross-border transactions between the UK and France.

Azra Begič Milanez

Azra has over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting as well as corporate finance and tax advisory. She has been working on international assignments for the last 10 years in Slovenia and across the Balkan region. Azra advises clients from among others the industrial & manufacturing and business services sectors in relation to growth strategy, M&A processes and post-merger integration. Azra works as a Partner within Victanis, covering the Eastern Europe region.

Victanis Sascha Sukic-min

Sašo Sukič

Sašo had over 10 years of experience in financial advisory before he joined Victanis as Project Manager. Sašo has been working on various international projects in Corporate Finance and M&A. He has excellent analytical skills, and is an expert in valuation for M&A projects. As such, Sašo has advised numerous corporate clients on the financial and tax impacts of M&A transactions on their organisations.

As project analyst, Leonardo is deeply involved in Victanis’ secondary research for strategy and market analyses. His sound knowledge and mastering of IT market, tools and software brings Victanis clients operative value and insights on their digitalization issues. 

Victanis Charles Sunderland-min

Charles Sunderland

Charles joined Victanis’ London team in 2022 having previously consulted for biotechnology start-ups internationally to assist with their growth strategy and expansion of their executive teams. Since joining Victanis, Charles has worked on a number of projects for client growth strategies, fund raises, as well as performing due diligence and deal advisory functions for both buy- and sell-side M&A projects. He is experienced in working with private equity, VC, and industry clients across biotechnology, electric vehicles, aerospace & defence as well as the TIC (testing, inspection, certification) sector.

Laurin Kreher

Laurin is a project analyst active in the Victanis team in Munich with projects in growth strategies, corporate analysis, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy consulting. His academic background roots on internationally oriented business studies and a master's degree with a focus on finance (MBA, 2018).
