UKTC offers fire resistance testing, reaction to fire testing, and certification services for a range of building materials and systems. Its UKAS-accredited facilities provide comprehensive testing across multiple standards, helping clients ensure product compliance and performance within the built environment. This offers SOCOTEC a strategic opportunity to deliver building safety solutions, particularly in light of the regulatory changes introduced following the Grenfell Tower tragedy and the implementation of the Building Safety Act.
