Victanis has recently completed detailed and comprehensive due diligence exercise in support of Charterhouse’s investment in Amtivo.
Victanis worked with Charterhouse to clarify its key questions regarding the business and also to refine Charterhouse’s assumptions about future investment and acquisitions within the management certification market globally.
