Victanis has recently completed the commercial due diligence for Certania to support the TIC platform’s investment process to acquire APV Utbildarna in Sweden. The transaction was completed in April 2026.
Victanis’ specialist TIC (Testing, Inspection and Certification) team provided advice, informed analysis and expert opinion that focused on APV and the Swedish market in addition to a meta-analysis of markets in construction and related e-learning in the UK, France and Germany. This further demonstrated Victanis’ ability to rapidly utilise its deep knowledge of the sector and broad industry network to provide valuable strategic insight across all European TIC segments.
APV Utbildarna is an innovative provider of e-learning training for the construction, road, electrical and fire trades within Sweden. It delivers mandatory training for employees and professionals across a range of trades and has been highly successful in maximising convenience, quality and access for its users and customers.
